2012 Book Club Reading List

Ta-Da. Here are the books we are reading for 2012. If you are near the South Austin area, anyone is welcome to join us. We meet the last Monday of every month (with the exception of November and December - too crazy that time of year).

Kelly & Todd's E-Session

Meet Kelly and Todd. I have known Kelly since high school, and I was really honored when she asked me to do she and Todd's engagement portraits. We met up in Gruene two days before Christmas and had a fun yet chilly afternoon. As much as I love taking portraits of children and families, it was quite refreshing to have two adults as my subjects (adults actually take a little direction, as it turns out). I am so happy for these two! Hope you enjoy a little sneak peak.

Here is where it is at.

I am getting back into the portrait photography business, so there will be current examples of my work found here as well as other things that are of interest. There might be a blog binge session in the coming days/weeks. I have been sitting on pins and needles while I've been getting my ducks in a row, so there is a lot that is ready to come out on the screen for your reading/viewing pleasure (hopefully). I am aching to share about our experience in Haiti this past Thanksgiving, fun portrait sessions, delicious recipes, devourable books you will consume with delight and much more. There is so much, so my biggest challenge will be to find the time to get it all down. There might be some late night entries with a glass of wine - which might make for some great writing, let me tell you!

So here we go. Looking forward to hearing your insight and communing with you on the blogoshpere.
